NoShowPlugin is a digital software product delivered electronically. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Free Trial:
NoShowPlugin may be offered with a free trial period to allow users to evaluate the plugin before purchase. During the trial period, no payment is required. You may cancel or stop using the plugin at any time during the trial without any charge. No refunds apply to the free trial, as no payment is taken.
At the end of the trial period, access to the plugin will end unless you choose to purchase a licence manually. We do not automatically charge users after the trial.
Refund Eligibility After Purchase:
Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only at our discretion. A refund may be considered only if a genuine technical issue prevents the plugin from functioning as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to cancel before or after the trial period
- Incorrect setup or configuration
- Compatibility issues with themes, plugins, or hosting environments
- Lack of technical knowledge or expected results not being achieved
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
