Setup Guide
Install NoShowPlugin
WordPress 5.8 or higher.
Contact Form 7 installed and activated.
A Stripe account.
HTTPS enabled on your website.
Note: This Plugin works with your existing Contact Form 7 forms. You do not need to rebuild or replace your forms.
Installation:
Option 1 — Install from WordPress.
Go to Plugins → Add Plugin.
Search for “NoShow Deposit Payments”.
Click Install.
Click Activate.
Option 2 – Install from our website.
Go to NoShowPlugin.com
Click [Start Free].
Download the plugin ZIP file.
Go to Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin.
Select the ZIP file.
Click Install Now.
Click Activate.
After activation, go to NoShow Deposit Payments from the WordPress sidebar.
Configure NoShowPlugin
Go to NoShow Deposit Payments → Settings.
Enter your Business Name and upload your Business Logo.
Select your Contact Form 7 Form.
Enter the Contact Form 7 field name that collects the customer’s name for appointments, emails, and reminders.
Add your Stripe Secret Key and Stripe Web-hook Secret.
Note: Use Stripe test keys while testing and switch to live keys before accepting real payments.Configure your Deposit Percentage, Refund Allowed Before (Hours), and Currency.
Enter your Service Field Name and configure Service Pricing.
Configure your Appointment Date & Time Field, Appointment Date Field, and Meeting Time Field.
Customise your Customer Email Subject, Customer Email HTML, Admin Notification Email, Admin Email Subject, and Admin Mail HTML.
Configure your 24-Hour Reminder, 2-Hour Reminder, Reminder Email Subject, and Reminder Email HTML.
Configure your SMTP Settings.
Click Save Settings.
To complete setup, Submit a Test Booking to confirm that payments, emails, and reminders are working correctly. Once everything is working as expected, switch to your Stripe live keys and start accepting real payments.
